Samsung A20 Temperature issue

My Samsung A20 has a problem with temperature even in cold temps and keeps switching off. Is it a software issue?

Please take your device to the service center after the Lockdown to have it assessed by a technician

please try the battery test in the Samsung members app to check if it's a faulty battery. also try a full factory reset to rule out software bugs or malware.

To Check If It's A Software Issue Try These :
Trouble Shoot To See If The Apps You Install Are Causing The Issue By :
ENABLING SAFE MODE
1. Press The Power Key > Press & Hold The The "Power Off" Button And The Safe Mode Button Will Appear. Your Phone Will Restart & The Apps U Installed Will Be Disabled & You'll Be Able To Monitor Whether They're Causing The Issue.

My A20 works perfectly fine without any doubts. There only problem is that it doesn't want to connect to the Wifi why??
