If you need better battery performance, A15 is excellent. While comparing other specs s9 is better. But yeah it is very old. If you need Samsung only than i suggest A54 around 100k is a good option for cameras etc.
Well, it's your choice. I am currently using A15 so let me know if you need any suggestions.
