Hi guys, I bought my Samsung A15 4 months ago. It's now giving me problems with charging, it can take even 9 hours to charge. The problem is the same even if I change chargers... any suggestions??

Try checking charging port and check if your phone sent a problem

First go to Samsung Members to the support tab. Click phone Dignostics and test battery status and charging. Please provide a screenshot of the results.

From 37% it says 6 hours 9 minutes until full. Yet I'm using a fast charger...

Did you turn Fast Charging off. I think that is your problem.

Go to

Settings > Device Care > Battery > Charging Settings > Fast Charging.
