Samsung A15

Can anyone tell why galaxy play store is not working on samsung A15. Since it has been directed to network problems whenever I perform it.

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Galaxy Store. Then, click on Storage -> Clear cache and Clear data. After that, restart your mobile. Then, open the Galaxy Store. Hopefully, it will work.

Maybe you can just re-enter your Samsung account ID. That's it.
