As far as i can see its lagging,stuttering and freezing all in one if im not mistaken.Thats verry bad

If its still under warranty you should take it to the store of purchase or go directly to a Samsung repair store

Unfortunately I went to the store and explained everything they took the phone and sent it to the repair shop almost the whole week but to my suprise it's still giving me the same problem
