Samsung A13

I purchased Samsung Galaxy A13.

I made a call and after that checked the "First call made" status it shows this "00/00/0000" 

It's been now two days and I had made many calls but still the same thing showing.

Anybody know anything regarding this?

First time mobile on kare ga to us wak show nhi kar ta hai. 1dafa restart kare ga to us wak se First call made ma date show hoja ta hai.
