Samsung A10s Proximity sensor issue

I have purchased Samsung A10s 5 days ago but i m still facing Proximity sensor issue. sensor is not working properly when I call someone and put away my phone from ear the screen could not active.i have already update the software.

Please help me because its so annoying.

Did you get the solution for your problem of your proximity sensor of A10s .please help me
