Hi When you say “build number doesn’t want to respond”, do you mean:
1. You’re tapping “Build number” in Settings → About phone → Software information but it’s not enabling Developer options, OR
2. The build number section itself is frozen or not opening at all?

🧩 Case 1: You’re tapping but nothing happens (no “You are now a developer” message)
Try this:
1. Go to Settings → About phone → Software information.
2. Tap Build number 7 times quickly.
You should see “Developer mode has been turned on.”
3. If it still doesn’t respond:
Restart your phone.
Try again after 1 minute.
Make sure no “Digital Wellbeing” or “App Timer” restrictions are blocking Settings. Go to Settings → Digital Wellbeing → App timers, and ensure Settings app isn’t restricted.
