Samsung A03s fingerprint not working

Hello can someone help me, my phone fingerprint doesn't work and I dont know why

Search for 'touch sensitivity' switch the toggle on and see if it helps. Especially if like me you have a screen protector, it disturbs your touch sensitivity and this setting should help

The fingerprint is on the side
It doesn’t vibrate even when putting a finger. Its just a button now
