Samsung 13 lagging problem

Aoa all i have a samsung galaxy A13. its lagging to much 4/128 hay. Can any one help. Facebook videos rruk ruk kay chalata hay. Slow hojata hay phone last update october1 ko kia tha. Thanks

Use virtual ram increase it to 4 gb and its processor is not strong you are advised to use one app at one time because its ram is low which is 4gb

Go to setting and click on battery and device care find memory and click on memory option go down and click on ram plus and increase to 4 gb

No its 4 gb actually but ram plus 4gb use your storage as ram

No it is built in chip but you can go to memory and tap on clean all processes it will free up ram
