Samsang A50 Problem

I am using Samsung A50 Official Bangladesh phone. It's 7 mounth now. But now this phone give me lot's of headheck.

1. Finger print cannot recognise. Every update they say we will mix next update. But **bleep** lies 

2 mobile network and WiFi networks it's work fine but it's depend mobile mood 🤔😱

3 software update I pay Extra to buy official phone but **bleep** update system man.

4 now battery can't give poor back up

Plz don't lies your customer plz fix all issues.

In order to assist you further, kindly let me know whether you have installed a screen protector on your device?, Is your phone rooted?, Did you check with the WI-FI connection speed on another device?, Did you calibrate the phone's battery?, Do you have phone case covered your device?
