SIM not detected, Galaxy A20

Galaxy A20 is not detecting SIM card.

tried with multiple SIM cards. 

tried resetting the network settings

tried factory reset

tried safe mode

anyone else faced this problem?

try normal restart or post screenshot first go to SETTING > CONNECTION> SIM CARD MANAGER then send screenshot of that let us to see whether detecting or not.

dude. m telling you it's not detecting. it shows no SIM card for both the Sims. also yes I've tried normal restart, reset network settings, factory settings and safe mode bootup.

if device in warranty or guarante go to service center this option only left.
