Reinsert the sim if still getting same issue....may be your sim is damaged. It happend with my airtel sim too. Just go to Airtel Store with your Adhaar id (on which sim is registered) and they will replace your sim.
If its helpful click on three dots and then GOT SOLITION....😂

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. As one of the SIMs is not getting detected. Please check the SIM slots using the Samsung Members application if the SIM slots are working or not. The steps are given below:
Samsung Members>>Get Help>>Interactive checks/Diagnostics option.

If the SIM slots are not working fine, please visit the nearby service center. The link is mentioned below. Using this you can get the details of the nearby service center.

If the slots are working fine, please check the SIM in the other device and register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
