SD Card Issue with Android 10

After upgrading my A6+ to android 10 I have this issue:

before I had 1 Sim Card+ 1 Sim Card + SD Card ( 256GB Samsung ) full working

after the upgrading I can use only 2 of these devices : only the 2 Sim Card or 1 Sim and the SD Card

there is no way to the 3 devices. I removed all the old apps ( with losing some services ) with no success.

Is it possible to downgrade to 9 back or Samsung will release a patch to this issue ?

It is very annoying to me . Can someone help me ?

well I hope soon because I cant use the 2 SIM , I need the SD Card for the memory
