My Galaxy A33 Samsung Pass is not functional It says Check your network settings and try again (16) 
Even the my WiFi is on and Mobile Data
Please help..

I uninstalled the updates for Samsung Pass. Seems to resolve the issue. Leads me to believe the issue is in the update.
