Hi,

 I am using samsung a 12 but i don't have smart view or any type of screen cast in samsung a12 samsung kindly enable it through update it is very useful feature or tell us about its solution.

Yes sometimes top screen not works when i hold in hand top screen works fine

My a12 does not works when lying horizontal. It works fine when I am using it in my hands

Try to change your protector or remove your protector then use it

But if it is a protector problem then it should not work anywhere

I am using full edge to edge protector means no notch cutout

Yes i am using a tempered glass full edge to edge protector

Try to use notch protector sometimes this type of issue will fix through changing the protector use notch cutout protector

Firstly I will check it to Samsung service center it is in warranty
