SAMSUNG A50 SIM 2 NETWORK PROBLEM

Sim 2 in my A50 is causing problems from last 2 weeks  like showing no network in a good network area. Already tried swapping both the sims but only sim 2 is going out of network.

did you check by eject the sim and insert again?
if not then u can try it once
do one more thing go to flight mode and after few minute do it normal

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
