I have purchased 21s in UAE last weekend.

"On 12/07/2020 I have purchased a Samsung A21S in UAE and
sent it to my home country and lately, the device has been facing a
software glitch and when an incoming call is received all the apps open
by itself and calls end. I have been contacting Samsung in India but
they refused to check the phone and returned saying sent back where you
purchased."
Now since its the time of pandemic and airports the shutdown I can
't bring back the device here in UAE so my special &
urgent requested to advise me and arrange service in India
so that I can repair the device there.
