Yes, it is because of Exynos 9611. That is why we do not recommend people to buy M31, M30s, M31s and many other phones that have Exnyos 9611 or Exynos 9610. This proessors only have problems and most of the people have faced this issue.

It's in f62 also , iam facing the network issues, battery and disconnect suddenly for some time. And my device froze and restarted once after July update.
