Restart issue

A50 automatically restarted i dont know how and why? I visit the nearby service center they said its the software issue, they upgrade the os and install it again. Mean time its working fine but after 3 or 4 days it automatically restarted. Automatic restart option is off since the beginning..

So what's the issue, what cause this issue in this fone.

GO TO SETTINGS-DEVICE CARE-SETTING (3 DOTS AT UPPER RHS) -auto restart

if your auto restat on then turn it off
