Restart and rebooting when tried to update android 11 in galaxy a80

Please help after I tried to restart after android 11 update it is getting reboot and restart again nd again. I visited service center as well but no resolution. I don't want to lost my data please help

Try charging the phone then power on

Go in recovery mode and restart from there option
