Required Volte Software

I am using A30s. Recently I have had Two software updates but didn’t get the volte related function.  GP has launched the Volte service  in Bangladesh and they claim that to avail the service the handset manufacturer needs to provide the VOLTE SOFTWARE in their update.

So how can I get this to join VOLTE?
