Yes u will get up to android 13 in a51

Yes A51 will get android 12 and even android 13 as it's one of the selected 2020 premium A series models that will get 3 OS updates.

Yes of course as per official mobile which launched in 2019 will get 3 major OS update, A51 launched with Android 10 so it will get upto Android 13 and 4 year security updates
