Regarding samsung calendar

No holidays has been showing in my samsung calendar application, I've done everything from sync to clear app data and setup again but nothing is happening.... I've called the customer care, even they aren't able to do this.... please someone help me...it was showing till last week but suddenly this happened!

To extract the log files of the device, please follow the steps below: SmartThings > More (3 stacked lines) > Contact us > Error report > Check "Send system log data" > Choose sending information option by clicking on the "Once" > Press "Done" > Write your Question and Press "Send".
