Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Select Storage > Clear Data and click OK.
2. Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

Galaxy AYes same with my a70 upgraded to Android 10 in UK this was a very bad slow buggy version and poor battery life. I've flashed mine back to Android 9 for the time being and will check feedback when it's release again and before allowing it to upgrade the next time around. Poor show Samsung. :(
