While playing games, turn off NFC,GPS, bluethooth, especially Facebook and related apps, these runs like generator and makes phones to slow and crash... play games in medium graphics and visible for good appearance...

To force a 120Hz refresh rate on your phone, even if the option isn't available in settings, you can try the following method:

Enable Developer Options:

Go to Settings > About phone > Tap on Build number seven times until you see a message that says "You are now a developer!"

Access Developer Options:

Go to Settings > System > Developer options.

Force 120Hz Refresh Rate:

Look for the option "Force peak refresh rate" or "Show refresh rate" and enable it.

If you're still experiencing lag while gaming, here are some additional tips to improve performance:

Lower Graphics Settings: Reduce the graphics quality in your game settings to improve performance.

Close Background Apps: Make sure to close any unnecessary apps running in the background.

Clear Cache: Go to Settings > Storage > Cached data and clear the cache.

Update Your Game: Ensure that your game is updated to the latest version.

Check Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection can significantly reduce lag.

Disable Power-Saving Mode: Turn off any power-saving modes that might be limiting your phone's performance.

I hope these tips help! Let me know if you need any further assistance.

If your phone doesn't have 120hz option then you can't enable because it's hardware thing in screen not software related
