Recovery Mode & Touch Interaction vibration

1.Recovery mode is not working on my phone since Android 11 update.Every time I try to do the same by pressing volume up and the power key, my phone gets powered back on instead of going into recovery mode.Can someone please help?

2. Do app icons vibrate while on you tap on them when you have touch interaction vibration toggled on?

It changed with Android 11, now you need to plug the USB-C / micro-USB cable along with the combination buttons (Press & Hold the Power and Volume Up button)

you can enter recover mode by doing this
connect ur device to pc by usbc cable
and make sure ur device is visible in computer as logged in
turn off ur device with the cable connected to pc
and now hold power up and switch on button together until the recovery menu pops up

Check touch Interaction and touch interaction vibration intensity

But when we long press app,then we can feel vibration(not so strong)

hey could you please help me with another thing? Ultra data saving mode doesn't seem to be working even though it turns on when you tap on the toggle.The icon shows up on top of the screen too.I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app.Nothing seems to work.Is it the same with everyone using android 11? I'm attaching a screenshot.This is what pops up when I disable it or when I tap on Data compression.Please help if you can.

Its becuase of security of device and if recovery mode is activated some one can steal phone and reser phone and they can use it so its blocked for security
