You will get only a Samsung lollipop within a range of Rs. 120k. I suggest you go for Xiaomi for a better deal

What is the budget, looking for a PTA or Non PTA.
Note 20, S21 have the best camera in low budget but battery might be an issue as they are 3 years + old phones.
