Random sound icon popoup issue on A6+ 2018

i start to get these random sound message icon popping up allong with a little "bleep" sound. The phone does it about every 10 to 20 mins, both locked and unlocked. I cant seem to find where this is coming from, as i havent installed any apps yet 3922c9d9-40fa-491d-b2d8-81a5f9d135e3.jpg
