Ram Plus feature

I saw that in ram plus feature once it enabled, it shows below reserved memory. But in my case it didn't show or not deducted memory from storage. In fact i restarted my phone. 

I mean it really work or not 😅

That reserved memory is being used by OS.
RAM plus feature is internally managed by device. You won't see app usage on UI.
