RED COLOR BADGE ICON ON MY WHATSAPP APP

Sorry guys I'm posting about this issue for the 3rd time, please help this time with the proper information and details... .

I'm using galaxy a71 

From Oct 22nd I'm noticing a red color badge icon on my whatsapp app (left side of the app) is appearing. And the same icon also has been appeared on my phone pe app on the very same day. But after I uninstalled and then reinstalled it that icon has been went out automatically. So the same I done with my whatsapp app but it didn't work out for me. Even I tried all the possible solution to resolve this issue but still it's appearing. My whatsapp is up-to-date and functioning properly. Then why this red color badge icon is appearing...???, will it ever go...???. or my phone has some problem...???

Turn off app icon badge badge style or change it number instead of dot

it shows we have lot of notifications to read and number in stead of dot

There is not much notifications in my whatsapp I use it so frequently due to my work... . So I don't think it's related to unread messages or notifications... .
