QuickStar issue

I noticed a bug/app issue in GoodLock's Quickstar app because in customization I enabled blurr background for noti. panel after saving the settings the noti. panel seems to work as per my customization but after swiping down the noti. panel for about 4-5 times the blurr background gets disappear even the blurr option is still enabled in the Quickstar app but it get solved temporarily by a reset but still happening same as I said above.......

I noticed this issue in latest GoodLock 2019 because in GoodLock 2018 there was no such background blurr issue in Quickstar

I have Pie but Im Jseries user, is that a 3rd party app?

I'm using Quickstar 2018 version, there is background blur option, still I enable it nothing changes, I never get blur effect

same happens in my A6 Plus too I thought it was a software issue but later I came to know that due to low end processor SD450 which lacking GPU power to process background blurr. If you are using a device from J series like J8 J6 and earlier or A6 then background blurr won't work on those devices
