Yesterday I updated my A07 to OneUI8.since then Most of the time, when I swipe for either the notification panel or quick panel, there is no animation that the quick panel or notification panel coming down.it just appears suddenly after a second. If I do it again just after,The animation works fine. It's like as if I turned Animations off from developer settings but I haven't even touched the developer settings. It has only happened since the update.

Since updating your Galaxy A07 to One UI 8, some users notice that the notification panel or quick panel sometimes appears instantly without the usual swipe animation, especially on the first swipe. This happens because the system is still optimizing in the background after the update, or a small glitch affects the animations. You can try restarting your phone, toggling the animation settings in Developer Options (Window/Transition/Animator scale set to 1x), or clearing the cache partition to help smooth things out. If it still happens, it’s likely a minor bug that Samsung may fix in a future software patch.
