Samsung Galaxy A32 4G ko update mily ga ka nahin confirm ker ke bata dejya ga

When I attach Pen Drive or SD Card with Samsung Galaxy A32 4G then the phone froze and restart. Moreover Samsung Galaxy A32 4G boot time is 1 min, So please resolve these issues. Please note my feedback and work on it.
