Does it take approximately takes 21 days for a faulty charger to be replaced that is just 20 days old?? Apparently it does coz I'm going through my first week. And I confirmed it with a customer service supervisor. No should have to go through this kind of services. Biggest mistake I bought this samsung phone.. regretting my decision seriously. And I'm using samsung A71.
Samsung after sale service is worst. If they have stock, they should reolace hand to hand. My previous phone was honor v20, they replae my adapter hand to hand after testing same with asus. But samsung is taking more then 20days, i visited for earphone replacement, and got replaced on 21st day.
