Does it take approximately takes 21 days for a faulty charger to be replaced that is just 20 days old?? Apparently it does coz I'm going through my first week. And I confirmed it with a customer service supervisor. No should have to go through this kind of services. Biggest mistake I bought this samsung phone.. regretting my decision seriously. And I'm using samsung A71.

That's my point dude.. They are making the policies as per their convince when their service centers are being questioned for the service stations wrongdoings. And it shouldn't be 15 days also bro with brand like samsung it should be fast coz we are paying extra money for these phones.

the policy is may be coincidence or something..you can notice that device starts misbehaving just after 15 days if any defects are there🤭🤣🤣🤣

Actually I had got a faulty charging adapter inside the box but I didn't knew that device replacement policy was only 14 days and I took my device to service center on 20th day so I couldn't get my device replaced. And after requesting for a charging adapter they said it might take 21 days..

bro ... not like that actually... in case of charger it's absolutely free within warranty period of time of 6 months.....if along with device both are faulty then they take 15 days...go to service center..they will replaced it

Yes dude.. I've already spoken to service center first the technician was trying to set me up with a used or **bleep** charger and when I complained about it. Now they are delaying the process as much as they as they must not be happy with me complaining about their technician.

Yes.. I'm talking about the service center the engineer over their was trying to set me up with a used or **bleep** charging adapter. so I lodged a complaint about it. And now those were about to give me the charger today but they due to some reason it would take more time and no one called me which I was promised.

Alright, whatade you think that the charger he was trying to give you was used or fa.ke? First, it is NOT a **bleep** charger because its an official Samsung service center. Please tell me, did you see anything wrong with the charger, just so that I cam help? Because I have visited Samsumg service center many times because most people in my house use Samsung and everythime, it was a smooth process....
