Question on March, 2021 security update for A7 (2018)

My Galaxy A7 (2018) just received the security patch update for March, 2021 in Bangladesh. But it's still showing update details for January, 2021 in Last update page

 (https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-A750F/BNG/doc.html).

If anybody tells me what's this actually.

The Last Update webpage doesn't get updated at the time of recieving the update in your device, it will update after a few days.🙂😁
