Samsung A71 ...turns off when i use fingerprint to unlock the phone or open whatsapp but fingerprint works fine when i use it to open apps like easypaisa

Yeap, for heating issues for many users but i haven't experienced heating issues on my side as it's new phone but battery timing is worst than my older phone Honor 8x!!! Even it got lesser battery capacity!!!
