Purchased Samsung Galaxy A07 Yet to Receive PSO Fuel Voucher

I purchased Samsung Galaxy A07 on April 23, 2026 from Priceoye and signed into Samsung Members app, but yet to receive the PSO Fuel Voucher.

Need help in claiming voucher.
