Pubg is not working smoothly on Samsung A50

I am playing pubg in smooth and extreme graphic settings using stable internet connection and I get 40-90 ingame ping in pubg mobile every time but when other players are around screen start to freeze and I face frame drop continously from thereon. I tried every setting from developer option but it wasn't helpful. I complained same thing to Pubg Officials but they said it is your device problem.

try setting your graphics to balance and frame rate at low. If you find my answer helpful please accept my solution

follow the bellow steps to resolve your issue:-

1. For better device performance minimum 20% internal memory should be free.
2. Kindly check RAM in your device: Settings > Device care > Memory.
3. Clear app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
4. Kindly close Background Apps.

 

If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)

l started playing pubg when I bought this phone.recently I updated my software..until then I received extreme mode graphics on pubg..now I only receive high mode graphics.i want an update which make it back.
or else I will make sure the society don't buy any samsung product.. and I will make them aware its a bad product
