Pso fuel voucher

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A17 on April 23, 2026, and successfully signed into my Samsung Members account on the same day to register the device. However, I have received the voucher April 25, 2026. And same day signed into Pso app but today May 01, 2026, and still balance is zero.

Could one please clarify the standard procedure for claiming this reward?

When you bought a phone is there any pso sticker on the box ?
