Problem with my samsung galaxy a51 microphone

So when i use my microphone during calls on earspeaker, it wont work, however on loudspeaker it works normal. Also i can't seem to be able to send voice messages or to record my voice, although when i take a video you can hear the sound clearly. Any suggesgions?

maybe you have not given permissions to some apps

same is my problem with my A71۔ sometimes it will stop working until I restart it.
