Problem with Bluetooth and Wifi in Galaxy A10s

Kindly, I have been having an issue with Bluetooth, the pop-up comes again and again "Bluetooth app keeps stopping" and resultantly I can't turn on either Bluetooth or Wifi. Wifi just keeps on scanning and doesn't scan the Networks, yet after sometime Bluetooth works normally again. It started just before I had the update "CORE OS 10" for Samsung Galaxy A10s. I thought that the update might fix this issue, so I downloaded and installed the update on mobile internet (it is working normally) in the mid of August. Yet there was another update after it too, I installed it as well, still the issue persists. Even me typing right now, the pop-up of Bluetooth keeps stopping comes instantaneously and goes away again and again. Kindly please look into the matter and solve this. Since after some random time, WiFi and Bluetooth works perfectly, I don't think it's a hardware issue. The issue resolves randomly without changing any setting. I have been observing this issue for a while.
