Problem while downloading Google Pay

Showing Enable after downloading it, but didn't found anywhere in the phone its nowhere, dont know where it is, can anyone suggest me as how to enable it, because it is not taking in just click, it is embedded somewhere in the phone but not visible anywhere!!

Uninstall. Then reinstall and check
