I have some issues on My A50 i.e
1) Lack of update but company clamed monthly security patch . 
2)Finger print scanner
3)Andorid 10 update  
4) Battery problem
5)Incresed in performance of phone 
6) Network Problem

Please be informed that latest software version android 10 will expected to be released in  April’20 for the device A50. Any update regarding this will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section.

Further, Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the mentioned issues:

> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

> Check the availability of software update in your device

> If issue is still not resolved then create data backup and reset the device
