My "transparency and blur" has very weird blur when i open recent apps window. It has patches and is not clear.
Use high brightness to notice it. Thanks

It's because you have updated your device recently.
Now to fix this. Restart your device, then apply new wallpaper (any) on both lock and home screen. And then restart again. This will fix this problem.

It's also a bug in One UI 5.0. but easy to fix. Just apply any wallpaper again. And restat your device.

I have just got to know that. Mine is greenish because of color pallet. Otherwise it is normal like yours if i disable it. Moreover, while selecting home/lock screen wallpaper there is no such option as "icon color" it is just select wallpaper > preview > select both or any > applied.
