Got to dial pad/ phone .. go to setting and click "answering and ed call " and turn it on Read caller name aloud,

It works only for headphones

No. It works with out headphone also. Unsaved numbers will get read by numbers. Saved will be read by names

Friend I checked it works only with earphone and bluetooth

Ok. It's works perfect with my S10 with out headphone

I have a S10, In the "bluetooth and headset only" Option, Only headset connection works, the blue tooth connection only give ringing, no read caller names.
