Pls Help Samsung Galaxy A71 Charging Issue

Hy Respected Memebers, i have new Samsung galaxy A71 but I have a issue in charging when fast charging option is enabled the phone bettry percentage is increased very fast but whenever is Swith off fast charging and the phone is charging in normal slow mode the phone bettry can't increase whether the mobile phone put on charge an hour. The bettry percentage does not increase, but when i turn off or restart the mobile phone the mobile phone starts charging. What is the issue.

it can be temperature issue most people face it try to charge ur phone at night or at day time when temperature is low
