Please Help!! I m having problem with my headphone jack.

My headphones are giving scratchy sound. I have cleaned the headphone jack but still its not working. Although the sound is fine with the speakers. Please Help me! What should i do?

Does it have a warranty ? If it does just give it to the seller to fix it, if not you need to pay to fix it..

I bought it about 2 months earlier in used condition but it was like in mint condition. In the box I'm having a warranty card(like a manual) provided by Samsung. I asked the seller when I was buying it he told me that it was with warranty but now after 2 months he thinks that its not with warranty 😂. I haven't shown him the box yet but i will try to visit him tomorrow.
