Play store not working

The Play Store does not work well and is slow in movement. Does anyone have a solution

Check your DNS in the router, if you are using mobile reset the network settings

Try the following steps:

• Clear cache of Google Play Store,
• Optimise device,
• Enable aeroplane mode for a second and switch to WiFi.

If the error persists run a diagnostic test via the Samsung Members App.
